The User Forums
We have Anobyte user forums where you are welcome to post your issues. Note that the official support team do not guarantee to visit these forums but aim to visit regularly.
The forum has a 'Private Message' (PM) capability. If the normal Email route appears to be failing, for any reason, then users can try this alternative. Sending a PM to the 'admin' member will cause an Email to be automatically sent to the appropriate support person advising of the PM awaiting attention.
